In 2019, after navigating through a tough year, Robert and Paula made the courageous decision to start their own food truck venture. By 2020, the entire family, including their kids, moved to Forney, TX, quickly falling in love with the town and its friendly locals. Nearly four years down the road, encouraged by the Forney community's warmth and support, they took another bold step and opened Stash's Table & Fable.

With a culinary arts degree and a passion for food since age 16, Robert brings a wealth of experience to the kitchen. Meanwhile, Paula’s deep love for literature and words inspired the perfect blend of bookish charm and delicious dining.  Together, they personify the essence of a family-owned and operated establishment, often with the delightful presence of their two daughters assisting in the bistro.

 At Stash's Table & Fable, they've created a distinctive bistro where community, engaging events, and delectable dishes unite to offer a truly unique experience.
